Submit the credentialed membership application form in addition to two letters of recommendation.
“I already have a credential. How do I add a new one?”
Submit the Credentialed Member Upgrade Form.
“Where can I submit my application?”
Once completed, you may scan and fax it directly to our accounting department at 703.516.9308 or email it to accountsreceivable@usaretirement.org.
“When will I receive my certificate?”
You will receive your certificate in the mail within 6-8 weeks of submitting your application.
